Our Story: Coffee Roasted in Toledo, Ohio

Founded by now-retired Police Officer/Chief Chris Morris after more than 20+ years of service, Peacemaker roasts specialty coffee in small batches while supporting police, firefighters, EMS, military members, veterans, teachers, dispatchers, and medical personnel through donations and community programs.​

Today, we're proud to roast and pack coffee here daily for freshness while donating coffee to support frontline workers. The sample-specific laboratory reports below describe exactly which roast samples were tested.
