How It Works:
1. Choose a bean profile or send us your whole beans roasted → 2. Select a lid → 3. We grind/package → 4. Ship back to you.

Use Your Own Roasted Beans. Send us your whole beans; we grind them to the perfect spec and package them.

Custom Coffee Lids, Boxes, and Bags
Your brand needs to pop on the shelf and in the mailbox. We offer full-color 12-count box printing, custom-printed foil lids, and various pouch-style bags to match your aesthetic. We even provide design templates to ensure your artwork looks as good as the coffee tastes.

Q: Do you offer other packaging besides K-Cups?
A: Yes - traditional pouch-style bags and portion/sample packs. Contact us for details.
Q: Whom do we help?
A: Peacemaker Coffee works with coffee startups, existing roasters, car dealerships, doctor's offices, retail shops, churches, fundraisers, offices, corporate gift companies, influencers, and private-label businesses that want professionally packaged coffee without building their own production facility.
Q: Wholesale minimum?
A: The minimum wholesale order is $100.
Q: Will you print and design my brand label?
A: We do not design or print labels. We recommend creating your design and ordering white BOPP labels from onlinelabels.com to apply to bags and K-Cup boxes. For example, a 4 × 4 inch label works for a 12 oz bag or K-Cup box. Five designs at 250 labels per roll would cost approximately $400 total, or about $0.35 per label. Confirm current pricing with the printer.
Q: Are there any one-time setup, label/design, packaging, monthly, integration, or per-order fees?
A: There are no setup fees unless you order full-color printed bags, K-Cup lids, or boxes. We roast and pack your order, then ship it to you. When it arrives, you apply your labels and sell.
Q: What are your production, shipping, and lead times?
A: We roast and ship most orders within 72 hours after payment. We ship directly to you; we do not dropship to your customers. We support more than 75 small vendors like you and over 150 small retail stores.
Q: Do you hold USDA Organic certification?
A: We are not USDA Organic certified.
Q: Do you offer decaf? If so, what decaffeination process do you use?
A: Yes. We offer a decaf medium roast made with the Swiss Water Process, without chemical solvents.
Q: Is your facility FDA-registered?
A: Yes. Our facility is FDA-registered and inspected by the Department of Agriculture every three months.
Q: Do you currently test your green or roasted coffee?
A: Yes. We currently use a third-party laboratory to test for mold and yeast.
Q: Can we start with stock bags and our own custom-printed labels before moving to fully custom-printed bags?
A: Yes, we recommend starting that way. You can use stock bags and apply your own custom-created labels before investing in fully custom-printed bags. We do not design, print, or apply your labels.
Q: What are the account requirements, and how do you handle defects, returns, and lost shipments?
A: No application is required. We need your company name, contact person’s name, address, phone number, and email address. Once we create your account, you can place orders through our online wholesale page or request a customized order by email.
Defects: We have very few defect issues.
Returns: In five years, we have had fewer than 10 returns.
Lost shipments: We are responsible for your product while it is in our possession. Once we hand it to UPS or FedEx, we no longer control the shipment. Contact us so we can place a trace on the order, then contact the carrier. If the package is not found, we will reship the order after it is deemed lost.
